All jewelry is hand made after the order is made.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.
Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, or holiday eves.
Shipping
After your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes up to 14 business days within Israel, depending on Israel Post or the selected shipping carrier.
Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping company.

Tracking
Once package is dropped off at post office, you will be sent a tracking number with the location of the parcel at all times.
Incorect Adress
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
ROCKIE cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
Lost Or Delayed packeges
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.
